Ultraviolet disinfection has caught on worldwide! The Victoria Swimming Pool Complex in Hong Kong recently installed 21 ultraviolet disinfection systems to treat three indoor swimming pools and sanitize harvested rainwater.

A 50 meter competition pool, 30 meter multipurpose pool, and an indoor Jacuzzi are all disinfected by ultraviolet rays. The facility uses harvested rainwater sanitized by UV to clean the floors, and it’s used when the toilets are flushed. Continue reading
